To prevent surprises, personally connect with every member of your team before the first day. Employee welcome calls should be made on a weekly basis as well, so that members of your team receive a call within ONE WEEK of accepting their offer.
HOW TO MAKE A STAFF WELCOME CALLStep 1: Login to team.aiwcamp.com. Using the sidebar, click on Report Manager
Step 2: Use drop down to select Staff Roster Step 3: Click on the phone icon next to the staff name to open the call script. Step 4: Review employee’s information and the script. Place the call. Step 5: Record the outcome of your call and click “Submit” Step 6: Repeat above steps for remaining employees. |
