Visitors are not permitted during camp program hours, and camp staff are not permitted to bring guests to camp. When parents/guardians wish to visit, they must first check in with the Site Administrator, unless they are visiting as part of an activity that has been advertised as a time for visitation by parents/guardians (closing assembly).
Unauthorized person(s) are not permitted to visit the camp site during program hours and will be asked to leave. Any visitor who refuses to follow these policies or who generally seems inappropriate for any reason, must be reported immediately to the Site Administrator.
If it becomes necessary to alert authorities, call 911 and get everyone to safety. Call the home-office. When the emergency has been resolved, write up an incident report and mail to [email protected] with a description of what happened, who was involved, and how the situation was resolved.
